The city of Hong Kong began as a modest fishing village. The sweat and toil of its people transformed the tiny village into a bustling city.
Growing up in Hong Kong, I was always astonished by the beautiful skyline. I reimagined its skyline as fishes, morphing buildings into marine life. With a fishing village backdrop, I painted a scene of men and women metaphorically fishing the city of Hong Kong out of the sea, thus raising the city into the shape of what it is today.
